The Collegiate Life Investment Foundation, or C.L.I.F. is an informative foundation aimed to educating the high-school and college population about the dangers of distractive driving through community involvement; and by serving as an investment vehicle for African American young men and women committed to a lifetime of abstaining from the use of mobile cell phones while operating a vehicle. CLIF is an nonprofit foundation founded on behalf of Clifton B. Gibbs and the other thousands of motorists killed by distracted drivers daily.
